These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between SN Mar Ltd., the operator of the website https://www.everglowvitality.com/, hereinafter referred to as the „Service Provider,“ and the users of the internet pages, services and digital products available on the website, hereinafter referred to as the “Users.”

​

SN Mar Ltd. is a Bulgarian limited liability company, registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register under Unified Identification Code (UIC): 207313971, having its seat and registered address at: Banat Street No. 10, Floor 5, Apartment 15, Lozenets District, Sofia, 1407, Bulgaria, e-mail address: wellness@everglowvitality.com, phone: 00359 879 135383

 

Please read these General Terms and Conditions in full before using the informational and commercial services and digital products offered on the website (hereinafter referred to as the "Services" and the “Digital Products”). Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Services and Digital Products offered on the website.

This document contains information about the activities of the Service Provider and the general terms and conditions for the use of the Services and Digital Products provided by SN Mar Ltd., regulating the relationship between us and each of our Users.

Confirmation of these General Terms and Conditions is a necessary and mandatory requirement for concluding the contract between the User and the Service Provider.

Definitions

​

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall be understood as follows:

​

  • Everglow Vitality: The website https://www.everglowvitality.com/ and all its subpages, through which Users can purchase Services and Digital Products provided by the Service Provider under the terms outlined in these General Terms and Conditions.

​

  • User: Any individual who utilizes any of the Services and/or purchases any of the Digital Products available on Everglow Vitality for personal purposes or who interacts with the website and its content.

​

  • Services: The services provided through Everglow Vitality are personalized one-on-one consultation sessions and programs, as well as group programs, aimed at supporting clients in improving their nutrition, self-care routines, and overall lifestyle. 

​

  • Digital Products: Digital products, such as e-books, audio recordings, and online courses, are delivered electronically through Everglow Vitality and are not provided on a tangible medium.

​

  • Contract: A legally binding distance contract for the purchase of Services or Digital Products provided by the Service Provider on Everglow Vitality, governed by these General Terms and Conditions, and deemed concluded upon the User's receipt of a confirmation email following successful payment.

​

  • Member Portal: A personalized dashboard accessible to registered Users on Everglow Vitality. The Member Portal allows Users to manage their purchased Services or Digital Products, including booking or rescheduling sessions, viewing order details, accessing digital content, and updating account information. Only active Services or Digital Products purchased by the User will be visible and accessible within the Member Portal.

1. General Information about the Services and Digital Products

 

1.1. The Service Provider offers personalized nutrition and wellness coaching services, which include: 

​

  • Personalized One-on-One Sessions: These include weekly one-hour sessions tailored to individual goals and preferences, available in plans of 4 weeks, 8 weeks, or 10 weeks. The Service Provider may also offer single-session consultations in the future, designed to address specific needs or provide targeted guidance in a one-time format.

​

  • Group Programs: Month-long group sessions focusing on specific topics, which include weekly 60-minute group meetings at a set time and an additional 20-minute weekly one-on-one sessions (at time convenient for both parties) to address personal experiences and make necessary adjustments.

​

  • Digital Products: These may include e-books, audio recordings, and online courses, designed to complement the coaching services.

​

1.2. Availability Notice: Unless agreed otherwise, the Service Provider is available to provide Services from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern European Time (EET).

​

1.3. No medical advice: 

​

  • All content provided by the Service Provider and/or Everglow Vitality, whether in coaching sessions, digital products (e-books, e-courses, audio recordings etc.), or other formats such as articles, videos, social posts, etc., is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Only a registered dietitian or a licensed healthcare professional can prescribe medical meal plans, diagnose conditions, or provide medical treatment. 

​

  • Everglow Vitality’s Services and Digital Products are designed for healthy individuals and are not intended to address medical conditions. By deciding to work together, clients acknowledge that they are in good health and understand the scope of these services. Users are encouraged to consult their physician or another qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to their diet, lifestyle, self-care, or fitness routine, especially if they have any medical concerns or conditions.

1.4. Services and Digital Products Availability: 

​

  • ​The availability of Services is subject to scheduling and operational capacity. The Service Provider strives to ensure all Services and Digital Products are available as described on the website. However, the Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Services and Digital Products due to operational reasons, maintenance, or force majeure events.

​

  • Once a service has been purchased and confirmed, it will not be cancelled by the Service Provider except in cases of force majeure or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, the User will be notified promptly and offered a suitable alternative, rescheduling, or a full refund.

​

2. Registration

 

2.1. The Services and Digital Products on Everglow Vitality, except where explicitly stated otherwise, can only be purchased by registered Users of Everglow Vitality. Registered Users are those who have created a user profile and use it via the implemented procedure for repeated user identification.

​

2.2. By registering, Users declare that they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable laws.

​

2.3. The Service Provider may identify users of Everglow Vitality by storing log files on servers servicing the platform. The conditions for processing users’ personal data are available in the Privacy Policy.

​

2.4. The User may register by using its email address or an an alternative registration method using their user profile on third-party platforms, such as Google or Facebook, integrated by the Services Provider.

​

2.5. By clicking the virtual button labelled “Sign up”, the User makes an electronic statement under the Bulgarian Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, declaring that they are familiar with and agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions. The Service Provider may store the User’s IP address and other information necessary to identify the User and reproduce their electronic statement in case of legal disputes.

2.6. When making the registration on Everglow Vitality, the User must provide complete and accurate email address. After registration the User must keep its account credentials confidential and notify the Service Provider immediately of any unauthorized use of its account.

3. Orders and Process

 

3.1. Users may place orders for Services or Digital Products through the website interface. 

​

3.2. Initial Discovery Call: Before placing an order, Users are encouraged to schedule a complimentary 20-minute discovery call. During this call, the Service Provider will discuss the User's goals, objectives, and expectations to recommend the most suitable Service or Digital Product.

​

3.3. Choose a Service/ Digital Product: Once the User has decided on a Service and/or Product, they should visit the respective page and click on "Buy Now" (for one-on-one services) or "Join Program" (for 8-week or 10-week programs, as well as the Monthly Group Sessions).

​

Important Note just for one-on-one Services (excluding programs and monthly group sessions): When selecting any of the six Services: Lifestyle Rejuvenation, Healthy Eating Habits, Nutrition for Vitality, Weight Management, Glow with Food, or Plant-Based Wellness, a pop-up window will appear after clicking "Buy Now." This window allows the User to check the Service Provider's availability in their time zone to ensure it aligns with the User's schedule. 

​

Please note, this step is for informational purposes only and does not book a session. It ensures that the Service Provider's working hours align with the User's schedule. If the timing works and the User wishes to proceed, they should click "Yes! Continue to Purchase" to confirm. On the payment page, the User will also have the option to select the start date and month for their one-month program.

​

3.4. The checkout process includes the following steps:

​

1. Sign Up or Log In: To place an order, Users are required to either sign up for a new account or log in to an existing account. This step ensures that all purchased Services or Digital Products can be managed within the User’s personal dashboard.

​

2. Additional Information: Before proceeding to payment, Users must confirm the following:

  • Agreement to Terms: "I have read and agree to the Terms of Service." ​

​

  • Privacy Policy Consent: "I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy."

​

  • Early Start Consent (applicable for purchase of Services): "I agree to start the program before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. I understand that withdrawal will only apply to future sessions, not those already conducted. For more information on this topic, see Section 6.1.2."

​

  • Access Waiver Consent (for Digital Products): "I agree to access the digital product immediately after purchase, before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period. I understand that by accessing or downloading the digital product, I waive my right to withdraw from the contract as per Section 6.1.2."

 

3. Payment Details: After confirming the above, Users are redirected to the payment section,  where they can:​

​

  • Review the total price (inclusive of VAT).

​

  • Enter payment information, including card details, cardholder name, and email address.

​

  • Choose a start date (applicable only to one-on-one Services, excluding programs and monthly group programs). 

​

  • Complete the transaction securely using a secure payment gateway.

​

4. Thank You Page & Confirmation E-mail: After payment is successfully completed, Users are directed to a "Thank You" page and receive a confirmation email. This email contains:

​

  • The details of their order, including the name of the purchased Service or Digital Product, price, and any applicable validity period.

​

  • Instructions for next steps, including booking their first session if applicable.

​

  • The Contract is deemed concluded upon the User’s receipt of this confirmation email.

​

4. Access to Services and Digital Products 

 

4.1. Access Upon Confirmation Email: Тhe User gains access to the purchased Services and Digital Products upon receiving a confirmation email following successful payment. This email contains the following details:

  • all necessary details regarding the order; 

  • the validity period, if applicable.

  • instructions for booking the first session (for Services requiring scheduling) or accessing digital products.

4.2. Booking One-on-one Sessions: 

​

  • First Session:

The confirmation email will prompt the User to book their first session through the Member Portal. Once booked, the User will receive a follow-up email with the session details, including the date, time, and a link/password to join the session.

​

  • Subsequent Sessions:

The User can book additional sessions directly through the integrated calendar in the Member Portal. All booked sessions will be confirmed via email with relevant details.

​

4.3. Group Sessions

​For group programs, the confirmation email will provide details about the start date, time, and format of the sessions. The email may also include instructions for accessing the group session platform and any necessary login credentials.

​

4.4. Member Portal Access

​Once logged into their account, the User gains access to the Member Portal, where they can:

​

  • View all available Services and Digital Products.

  • Manage active Services and Digital Products specific to their purchase.

  • Book all sessions in advance using the integrated calendar.

  • View and update their profile and order details.

  • Cancel or reschedule sessions if necessary.

​

4.4. Digital Products​

​Digital Products, such as e-books, audio recordings, and online courses, are accessible immediately after receiving a confirmation email following successful payment.

​

4.5. Personal Use Only

​Access to purchased Services and Digital Products is personal and non-transferable. The User is prohibited from sharing login credentials, content, or materials with third parties.

​

4.6. User Responsibility

​The User is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and compatible devices for participating in online sessions.

​

4.7. Technical Assistance

​In case of technical difficulties or inability to access the Services or Digital Products, the User must promptly contact the Service Provider at wellness@everglowvitality.com for support.

​

​

5. Prices and Payment

 

5.1. Prices and Currency 

​​The prices of the Services and Digital Products offered by the Service Provider are those listed on Everglow Vitality at the time the order is placed, except in cases of obvious error. All prices are displayed in EUR (Euros) and include VAT where applicable.

​

5.2. Price Changes

​The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices for Services and Digital Products at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

​

5.3. Discounts

​The Service Provider may offer discounts for Services and Digital Products in accordance with applicable Bulgarian legislation and internal policies. The terms and conditions for discounts will be displayed where the discount is offered. Discounts may take various forms, such as promotions, loyalty discounts, or temporary offers, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5.4. Payments

​It is strongly recommended that Users schedule a complimentary discovery call before making any payment to ensure the selected Service or Digital Product aligns with their needs. 


Payments for Services and Digital Products can be made using the following methods:

​

  • by debit or credit card via a secure payment gateway provided by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe Payments Europe Limited).​

​

  • by bank transfer to the following account:

5.5. Third-Party Payment Service Providers

​When using a payment method involving third-party providers (e.g., Stripe Payments Europe Limited), the User may be subject to the terms, conditions, and fees of such providers. The Service Provider is not responsible if a payment method involving a third-party payment service provider is unavailable or otherwise non-functional due to reasons beyond the Services Provider’s control.

5.6. Currency Conversion and International Fees

​For Users purchasing from outside the EU, additional charges such as currency conversion fees or international transaction fees may apply. These fees are beyond the control of the Service Provider and are not included in the prices displayed on the website.

​

5.7. Full Payment

​All payments for Services and Digital Products must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise specified in writing.

​

5.8. Invoice Issuance

​An invoice will be issued to the User upon successful payment and will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

​​

​

6. Rights of Users

 

6.1. Right of Withdrawal

​

6.1.1. General Rule
Under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the User has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days as of receipt of the order confirmation e-mail without providing a reason, except where exclusions apply as outlined below. 

​

6.1.2. Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal

​

  • For Individual One-Time Services (e.g., single sessions): The right of withdrawal does not apply if the User explicitly agrees for the session to begin before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period. If the session has been conducted, no refunds will be issued. Once the session has been conducted, the payment is non-refundable.

​

  • For Individual Multi-Session Services (duration of 4-week, 8-week, or 10-week): Users may withdraw from the Contract within 14 days from the receipt of the confirmation email. If a User withdraws after one or more sessions have been conducted during this period, they will receive a partial refund. The refunded amount will be calculated by deducting the value of each completed session at the proportional rate of the total Service cost. For example, if two sessions in an 8-week program have already been completed, the cost of these sessions will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

​

  • For Group Programs: The same withdrawal rules apply as for Individual Multi-Session Services. Sessions already conducted will not be refunded. If the User withdraws after the group program has started, they will receive a partial refund only for future sessions not yet attended.

​

  • For Digital Products: The right of withdrawal under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act does not apply to digital products once they are accessed or downloaded. By purchasing a digital product, the User explicitly agrees to waive their right of withdrawal upon receiving access to or downloading the content, as outlined in Article 57, Item 13 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

​

6.1.3. Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

 

Where the right of withdrawal is applicable, the User must follow these steps:

​

1. Submit a Withdrawal Notification:

​

  • The User must send a written withdrawal notification to the Service Provider within the 14-day withdrawal period.

  • The notification must be sent via email to [wellness@everglowvitality.com] or submitted through the contact form available on the website.

​

2. Contents of the Withdrawal Notification:

​

  • The notification must include the following details:

    • Full name and email address used during registration.​

    • Order details, including the name of the purchased Service or Digital Product, the order confirmation number, and the purchase date.

    • A clear statement of intent to withdraw from the Contract.

​

3. Confirmation of Receipt:

​

  • Upon receipt of the withdrawal notification, the Service Provider will confirm acceptance of the request in writing within 3 business days. The confirmation will include:

    • Acknowledgment of the withdrawal request.​

    • Information regarding the refund process, including the deducted value for any completed sessions, if applicable.

​

4. Refund Terms:

​

  • The Service Provider will process the refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the withdrawal notification.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • For multi-session Services, the refund amount will deduct the value of sessions already conducted, as outlined above in Art. 6.1.2.

  • Digital products are not eligible for refunds once accessed or downloaded.

5. Template Withdrawal Form:

​

  • A standard withdrawal form is available on the website here, which the User can use to simplify the process. The completed form should be submitted via email or through the contact form on the website.

​

​

6.1.4. Refund Process
The Service Provider will process refunds within 14 days of receiving a valid withdrawal request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

​

6.2. Right to Complaint (Non-Conformity)

​

6.2.1. General Rule and Scope of the Right to Submit a Complaint

The User has the right to submit a complaint in case of non-conformity of the purchased Service or Digital Product with the Contract within 2 years as of the provision of the Service or providing access to the Digital Product. Non-conformity may exist in the following cases:

​

  • For Services:

    • The Service does not match the description, quality, or expectations explicitly agreed upon at the time of purchase.​

    • The Service fails to meet objectives explicitly stated by the User and accepted by the Service Provider.

​

  • For Digital Products:

    • The Digital Product was not delivered or made accessible as agreed.​

    • The Digital Product contains defects, errors, or other issues that prevent its proper use.

​

6.2.2. Timeframe for Submitting Complaints

​

  • For Services: Complaints must be submitted within 14 calendar days of discovering the non-conformity, but no later than two years after the Service was provided.

​

  • For Digital Products: Complaints must be submitted within 14 calendar days of discovering the issue, but no later than two years from the date the Digital Product was made accessible or downloaded.

​

6.2.3. Procedure for Submitting Complaints

​

To submit a complaint, the User must:

​

1. Notify the Service Provider:

​

​

  • The User must include the following details:

    • Full name and email address used during registration.​

    • Order details, including the name of the purchased Service or Product, order confirmation number, and purchase date.

    • A clear description of the claimed non-conformity.

    • The User's preferred method for resolving the complaint (e.g., re-performance, replacement, price reduction, or refund).

    • The amount claimed (if applicable) and a contact address.

​

A standard complaint template is available on the website here, which the User can use to simplify the process. The completed form should be submitted via email or through the contact form on the website.

​

2. Acknowledgment of the Complaint:

​

  • The Service Provider will acknowledge receipt of the complaint in writing within 3 business days of submission. The acknowledgment will include:

    • A unique registration number for the complaint.​

    • The date of receipt of the complaint.

    • Any additional information required to process the complaint.

​

6.2.4. Resolution of Complaints
If the complaint is deemed justified, the Service Provider will resolve the non-conformity based on the User’s preferred method of resolution, as stated in the complaint notification. This may include:

​

  • For Services:

    • Re-performance of the Service to meet the agreed terms of the Contract at a mutually agreed time.​

    • A proportional price reduction or a refund if re-performance is not possible.

​

  • For Digital Products:

    • Replacement or updated version of the Digital Product free of charge.​

    • Refund if the issue cannot be resolved through replacement or updates.

​

If the User's preferred resolution is impossible, unlawful, or imposes disproportionate costs on the Service Provider compared to an alternative resolution, the Service Provider will notify the User in writing, explaining the reasons and proposing an alternative solution.
 

6.2.5. Limitations
The Service Provider may reject complaints in the following cases:

​

  • If the issue arises due to improper use, failure to follow booking procedures, or non-compliance with instructions provided by the Service Provider (e.g., failing to appear for scheduled sessions or improperly downloading digital products).

​

  • If the User fails to notify the Service Provider of the non-conformity within the specified timeframe.

​

  • For minor deviations in the Service or Digital Product that do not materially affect the purpose, agreed objectives, or expected quality of the Contract.

​

  • For Digital Products, if the issue arises after the product has been successfully accessed or downloaded without technical issues attributable to the Service Provider.

​

6.2.6. Resolution Timeframe

​

  • The Service Provider will assess the complaint and notify the User of the decision (acceptance or rejection) within 14 calendar days of receiving the complaint.

​

  • If the complaint is accepted, the Service Provider will resolve the non-conformity within 30 calendar days of the acknowledgment, unless a longer period is required due to the nature of the resolution.

​

  • If the complaint is rejected, the Service Provider will provide the User with a detailed explanation in writing.

​

6.2.7. Documentation and Record-Keeping

​

  • The User must retain all relevant documentation related to their purchase and complaint, including proof of payment, confirmation emails, and correspondence with the Service Provider.

​

  • Upon resolving the complaint, the Service Provider will issue a written resolution document, which can be sent via email, summarizing the resolution and actions taken.

​

7. Intellectual Property

 

7.1. Ownership and Protection of Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on Everglow Vitality, including but not limited to the website design, layout, text, graphics, images, logos, videos, audio files, and digital products (e.g., e-books, online courses), are the exclusive property of the Service Provider (SN Mar Ltd.), its licensors, or content providers, unless otherwise noted. These are protected under Bulgarian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Content" refers to all elements of the website and Digital Products, including but not limited to the "look and feel," layout, data files, text, graphics, photographs, logos, sounds, music, videos, and all other visual or audio elements.
 

7.2. Services and Related Materials
While the User has the right to access and benefit from the purchased Services, this does not grant ownership of any intellectual property related to the materials provided as part of those Services. Any materials (e.g., custom guides, session recordings, or personalized plans) shared during or after the Service are licensed to the User for personal, non-commercial use only and remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider.

 

7.3. Digital Products
The purchase of Digital Products grants the User a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes. The User is strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or sharing the Digital Product in any form without prior written consent from the Service Provider.

7.4. Restrictions on Use


The User agrees not to:

​

  • Reproduce, copy, download, or distribute any part of the website, its Content, or materials provided during Services or as part of Digital Products.

  • Share access to purchased Services, Digital Products, or user accounts with third parties.

  • Use the website or its Content for commercial purposes without explicit prior permission from the Service Provider.

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the website or Digital Products.
     

7.5. Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights
Any unauthorized use of the intellectual property owned by the Service Provider or its licensors, including but not limited to reproduction, redistribution, or public display of Content or materials, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. The Service Provider reserves the right to claim full compensation for direct and indirect damages resulting from such breaches.

8. Prohibited Actions and Proper Use of Everglow Vitality

 

8.1. General Provisions
The User agrees to use Everglow Vitality responsibly and refrain from any actions that may harm, disable, disrupt, or compromise the functionality of Everglow Vitality, its content, or the experience of other Users.

8.2. Prohibited Activities


The following actions are strictly prohibited:

​

  • Disruption of Services: Engaging in activities that overload, damage, or impair the performance or functionality of Everglow Vitality.

​

  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access restricted areas of Everglow Vitality, including tampering with administrative settings or security features.

​

  • Automated Tools: Using bots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated tools to monitor, copy, or extract content from Everglow Vitality without prior written consent.

​

  • Harmful Code: Introducing viruses, worms, malware, or any other malicious software that could compromise the security or operation of Everglow Vitality.

​

  • Cyberattacks: Conducting denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or any other actions aimed at disrupting Everglow Vitality or its infrastructure.

​

  • Content Alteration: Modifying, translating, or creating derivative works of Everglow Vitality or its content without explicit permission.

​

  • Unauthorized Sharing: Sharing access credentials, Digital Products, or licensed materials with third parties.

​

  • Illegal Activities: Using Everglow Vitality to conduct or promote activities that are illegal or violate the rights of third parties.
     

​8.3. Purpose of Restrictions


These restrictions are implemented to:

  • Protect the integrity and functionality of Everglow Vitality.

  • Safeguard the intellectual property and privacy rights of the Service Provider and its Users.

  • Ensure a secure, reliable, and effective experience for all Users.

​

8.4. Monitoring and Enforcement


The Service Provider reserves the right to monitor User activities on Everglow Vitality to ensure compliance with these Terms. In case of violations:

​

  • The User’s access to Everglow Vitality or their account may be suspended or terminated without notice.

  • The Service Provider may take legal action to seek compensation for damages caused by prohibited actions.

  • The Service Provider may report illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.

​

8.5. User Responsibility
The User is responsible for ensuring that their devices and internet connections are secure and that their actions on Everglow Vitality comply with these Terms. Any loss, damage, or liability resulting from prohibited actions will be borne solely by the User.

8.6. Notice of Violations
If the Service Provider identifies prohibited actions or misuse of Everglow Vitality, the User will be notified in writing where possible. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account suspension and legal proceedings.

9. Limitation of Liability

 

9.1. General Disclaimer
Everglow Vitality (operated by the Service Provider) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the User’s use of Everglow Vitality, its Services, or Digital Products, except where such damages result from wilful misconduct or gross negligence. The User accesses and uses Everglow Vitality at their own risk.

9.2. No Warranty

14. Indemnification

 

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Everglow Vitality, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses directly arising from:

  2. The User's misuse of the Services or Digital Products in a manner contrary to their intended purpose or applicable laws.

This indemnification clause does not limit the User's rights under Bulgarian consumer protection laws and does not apply to claims or damages arising from the Service Provider’s failure to meet its contractual obligations.

If a User does not agree with the changes, they may object in writing or terminate their Contract without penalties within 1 month of receiving the notification. If no objection is received within this period, the changes will become binding for the User.
