WoW Woman in Women’s Health: Stela Nicol on Building Everglow Vitality and Supporting Sustainable Wellness

Updated: Apr 13

WoW Woman in Women's Health I Stela Nicol, founder of Everglow Vitality

I am beyond excited to share my very first interview as the founder of Everglow Vitality!

I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with the amazing Marija and Anja from Women of Wearables, a global community that brings together women and allies driving innovation in health tech, digital health, and women’s wellness. As someone who’s spent years navigating the intersections of healthcare, marketing, and personal well-being, this conversation felt deeply meaningful.

We talked about the experiences that shaped my journey, being part of the vibrant digital health and HealthTech community since 2017, drawing inspiration from incredible innovators who are transforming care through technology and human-centered solutions, and ultimately launching Everglow Vitality, where I now help women build sustainable habits for lasting energy and balance.

We dove into topics that are incredibly close to my heart:

  • Why women’s health needs more attention.

It’s time to move beyond quick fixes and pills and start focusing on long-term, holistic well-being, from menopause and metabolic health to nutrition and stress management.

  • The power of mindful nutrition.

Small, consistent lifestyle shifts can have a profound impact on our vitality, resilience, and confidence. It’s not about restriction! It’s about nourishment, self-awareness, and joy.

  • How technology is transforming women’s wellness.

With digital health, AI, and wearables, personalized care is becoming more accessible and actionable, helping women take ownership of their health journeys.

This interview felt like a full-circle moment bringing together my corporate experience, my personal story, and my passion for empowering women to live with more energy, strength, and self-kindness.
