Who knew brownies could be this fudgy, delicious, and packed with wholesome ingredients? Me for sure, lol! These Black Bean Banana Brownies are rich, chocolatey, and naturally sweet without any flour or refined sugar! Perfect for a treat.
Black Bean Banana Brownie
Servings: 12 | Ready in 45 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Black Beans
1/2 cup Oats
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
3 Bananas (Very ripe, mashed)
1/4 cup Avocado Oil
2 tsps Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a food processor, blend the oats into a semi-fine flour. Add the black beans, cacao powder, bananas, avocado oil, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Blend until smooth tiny bits of black beans are totally fine!
Stir in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve with coconut yogurt or coconut whipped cream.
